Meditation for any occasion

I have been using the Headspace app for a good while now, the last few days I’ve had a pounding headache which turned into a migraine on Sunday evening. I’ve pretty much been in a darkened room since with intense sensitivity to light. Headspace has a session for everything, from minute check ins to fifteen minute singles and ten – thirty day courses. It’s not about an instant fix, or about controlling an issue, it’s about learning to manage the issue whatever it may be, anxiety or migraine, in the best way possible.
